အစွန်းရောက်အကြမ်းဖက်သမားများသည် အေးချမ်းစွာ နေထိုင်လျက်ရှိသော ပြည်သူများ နှင့် တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေးအတွက် ဝိုင်းဝန်းဆောင်ရွက်နေသော အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်ရှိ သူများအား ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရရှိစေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များဖြင့် အကြမ်းဖက်ဖောက်ခွဲရေးလုပ်ရပ်များ အား ငွေကြေးထောက်ပံ့ကာ နောက်ကွယ်မှ သွေးထိုးမြှောက်ပင့်လှုံ့ဆော်မှုများဖြင့် အများပြည်သူ သွားလာအသုံးပြုသော လမ်းမကြီးများ၊ ရထားလမ်းများ၊ ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ ရုံးအဆောက်အဦများနှင့် လူနေအိမ်များအား ဖောက်ခွဲရေးပစ္စည်းကိရိယာများအသုံးပြု၍ မိုင်းထောင်ဖောက်ခွဲခြင်း၊ အဝေးမှ ပစ်ခတ်ဖောက်ခွဲခြင်းများကို ပြုလုပ်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။
ထိုသို့ လုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိရာ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇွန်လ ၅ ရက်နေ့ မွန်းလွဲ ၂ နာရီ ၂၀ မိနစ်တွင် ကယားပြည်နယ်၊ လွိုင်ကော်မြို့နယ်ပြည်သူ့ဆေးရုံ၌ မိုင်းပေါက်ကွဲစထိမှန်ဒဏ်ရာဖြင့် အမျိုးသား တစ်ဦးရောက်ရှိနေကြောင်း သတင်းအရ လုံခြုံရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များက သွားရောက်စစ်ဆေး၍ ဖြစ်စဉ် အား စိစစ်ခဲ့ရာ နေ့လယ် ၁၂ နာရီ ၅၀ မိနစ်တွင် လွိုင်ကော်မြို့နယ်၊ ထီးစဲခါးကျေးရွာနေ ဦးမောင်ပြား(၆၁)နှစ်သည် ၎င်း၏နေအိမ်ခြံဝင်းအတွင်း ပေါင်းသတ်ဆေးဖျန်းနေစဉ် PDF အမည်ခံ အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့ထောင်ထားသည့် မိုင်းတစ်လုံးအား နင်းမိပေါက်ကွဲခဲ့မှုကြောင့် ၎င်းတွင် ထိခိုက် ဒဏ်ရာများရရှိခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

Innocent Civilian Injured in Improvised Explosive Device Explosion Planted by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Loikaw Township, Kayah State

In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, streets, railways, government offices, and houses. PDF terrorists are recklessly carrying out landmine planting and bombings using explosives on public roads and bridges, with the aim of causing injuries to the public and destroying regional development.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 5 June 2026, around 2:20 pm, a report stated that a man with shrapnel injuries had been admitted to Loikaw Township Public Hospital in Kayah State. When security personnel arrived at the hospital to conduct further investigation, the victim was identified as U Maung Pyar, 61 years old, a resident of Htee Sal Khar Village in Loikaw Township. According to the investigation, around 12:50 pm on the same, the victim was working in his yard, he stepped on an improvised explosive device planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group, resulting in his injuries, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security forces are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.
