In Certain Townships, Innocent Civilian Shot Dead by So-Called PDF Terrorists

The terrorist groups, the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the National Unity Government (NUG), with the aim of nationwide destruction, have formed the terrorist groups known as the so-called PDFs. Under various pretexts, in some regions, they have been arresting, torturing, and killing innocent local residents, as well as engaging in armed clashes and carrying out attacks in wards and villages.
Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 8 June 2026, around 11:50 am, while U Aung Myo Khine (aka) Thar Cho, aged 44, a resident of Myaing Village in Ywarngan Township of Southern Shan State, was at his house, four so-called PDF terrorists arriving by two motorcycles and opened fire on him. As a result, U Aung Myo Khine (aka) Thar Cho died on the spot, it is reported.
Similarly, on 9 June 2026, around 4:30 am, while U Lwin Myo Aung, aged 61, the ward administrator, and his son, Mg Ye Mhan (aka) Soe Thiha Aung, aged 18, both residents of No. 4 Ward in Yaesagyo Township of Magway Region, were at their house, 10 so-called PDF terrorists arrived and abducted them. The terrorists then took them on a road, where they stabbed them to death. As a result, both men died on the spot, it is reported.
According to the above-mentioned cases, local residents are condemning and protesting against the indiscriminate shootings and killings of administrative officials and innocent civilians by armed terrorists, who intended to spread fear among the public. In response, security forces, in collaboration with local residents, are intensifying security measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the incidents, it is reported.
